All three bedrooms are located downstairs, plus a den/bonus room with a sofa sleeper (no closet in this room). There is a steep driveway and 4WD is a must in the winter. There is a filtered view of the lake but no lake access. This home has 2.5 bathrooms. A full bathroom with a tub and shower, 2nd bathroom with a shower and third is a half bath. Complete with a Wood Fireplace, Wireless Internet, BBQ Grill, Washer/ Dryer, TV, DVD, CD.
.Parking is tight, but with smaller vehicles there should be room for 4 cars. There is enough parking for 2 cars around behind the home and possibly 2 cars in the front of the home (being mindful of not blocking the shared driveway). In the winter time there would only be enough room for 2 trucks.
