The views of Payette Lake are wonderful from this third floor unit, which is accessible from an outdoor, covered stairwell. This one level condo features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave. This condo has been newly remodeled TV/VCR with cable and a pellet stove. The dining room table seat 6 and there are 5 bar stools at the kitchen counter.
The master bedroom with a king bed has a private bathroom with a stall shower. The second bedroom Queen bed would share the full bathroom in the hallway.
This unit is on the 3rd floor with quite a few stairs up from the parking lot. There is no A/C in this unit.
